The Yoga of Stillness program is open to men, women and families globally who are interested in learning more about the quality of inner Stillness. Being in Stillness is a way of living, rather than a practice and therefore continually deepens and expands during the week and throughout a program. Each program is of a uniquely personal nature, while being presented in a group format.

YOGA OF STILLNESS PROGRAM

This program introduces you to the fundamentals of the Yoga of Stillness. You will learn about the quality of stillness and the influence our movements have on the body. The program will include a focus on your posture, breath and simple everyday movements that will support your connection with your body and the quality of stillness. Suitable for everyone. Enjoy the quality of stillness for yourself.
